After a fully packed December I decided to take a month long break in January, so I shot my first wedding of 2019 in mid-February near New Hanover, there were torrential downpours the night before, the type of downpour that only Beautiful Africa can provide, Africa welcomed this wonderful bride and groom and their family and friends from the UK with such a typical African day, sweltering hot with thunder clouds scraping along the horizon, showers threatened but never came.
Gavin and Colleen are the most caring, intellectual people I have ever met, they are both Vegans and celebrated their wedding day surrounded by everyone they loved, we were all treated with an amazing vegan menu and personalised napkins hand stitched by the bride herself (I treasure mine!) the whole venue had succulents and pops of shwe shwe that was the most amazing accompaniment to wedding decor.
I LOVED sharing your wedding day and thank you so much for being an incredible beginning to 2019.
